If you have already found the home you want, you'll want our free pre-approval for a home loan through Realty Solution Loan Center and then Realty Solution broker can make an offer to the seller and listing agent. Pre-approval adds credibility to your offer.
Still Looking
If you are still looking for a house, you can search Realty Solution database, save your favorite listings, and choose to be notified when new listings
appear that match your search criteria.
When you find the property you want to buy, you'll contact your Realty Solution broker and the purchase documents will be prepared for your review,
and once approved, by you, the broker will give them to the seller and the seller's agent.
Pre-approval
We
require you to have a mortgage pre-approval. Listing Agents and Sellers only want the most qualified buyers' and a pre-approval letters shows you are a qualified and serious buyer.
Make an Offer
When you are ready to make an offer on a home, your Realty Solution broker will prepare the official offer documents and return them you for
your review and signature.
Offer Management
Once the official offer documents are signed and faxed back, you Realty Solution broker submits the offer letter to the seller’s agent on your behalf.
We will be in communication and notify the you when the offer is accepted, countered, or rejected.. If countered your Listing Realtor broker will
contact you for a counter offer of negotiation position. This process continues until a final offer is accepted.
Your Rebate
Within 14 days after the closing, you’ll receive a check from Realty Solution for 50% of the buyers' agent’s commission.
There is no maximum.
If the seller pays us a commission, we share 50% of that amount with you. You never pay any commission to us. We cannot represent you in the
purchase of a property, if you are obligated to work with another broker on that purchase.
In order for us to receive a commission - and for you to receive a buyers' Rebate from Realty Solution - you should make it clear that you are represented
by Realty Solution. You will be provided business cards to give to the listing agents and sellers. Complete the following form for a no
