Won't a "Traditional Listing Realtor®" sell my property faster?
No, the fact is that hardly any of the "Traditional Realtors ®" actually sell their own listings. Only one half percent of "Traditional Realty Solution®" actually sell their listings, according to a survey by the Department of Real Estate.
The majority of "TraditionalRealtors®" simply place your property on the MLS for 6% of the selling price, and wait for other Realtors® to sell it, but still get half of the exorbitant commission, not a bad deal. Compare that to our flat fee method and you can see how you'll save thousands with this method, yes thousands!
It's hard to believe that "Traditional Realtors ®"charge you around 6% of the selling price (3% for the listing agent and 3% for the buyers agent) to list your home on the MLS, and then according to the National Association of Realtors® do very little to help you sell it.
Additionally, with the "Traditional Realtors ®" listing agreement you would have to pay the 6% commission, even if you sell your home yourself, without any Realtor involved.

$400,000.00 Home - $24,000.00 commission
$500,000.00 Home - $30,000.00 commission, and so on
When you see it in writing it looks very expensive and a little like a tax on the affluent. The "Traditional Realtors®" method takes a lot of your money, unlike our flat fee program.
